How to use Image Resizer

  1. Choose the image you want to resize.
  2. Enter a width and height in pixels, from 1 to 8000 each.
  3. Choose the output format and adjust quality for JPEG or WebP.
  4. Process the image and download your resized file.

The right dimensions for your next upload.

Prepare website thumbnails, social graphics and presentation images by choosing specific output dimensions. The image is drawn to the width and height you enter. This tool does not automatically lock the aspect ratio, so use proportional dimensions to avoid stretching.

For a 1600 × 1200 image, try 800 × 600 to preserve its proportions. Enlarging a small image does not recover missing detail. JPEG output uses a white background for transparent areas.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

A little more clarity.

Does the resizer keep the aspect ratio?

It uses your exact width and height. Enter proportional dimensions if you want to keep the original aspect ratio.

What is the maximum output size?

Each dimension can be between 1 and 8000 pixels. Very large images can exceed browser memory on some devices.

Can I resize transparent images?

Yes. Choose PNG or WebP to preserve supported transparency. JPEG replaces transparent areas with white.
